The results are stunning and we couldn't be more pleased. But the journey really tells the story of the ethical and competent nature of Aesthetic Pools. Because our pool is so old it held hidden, unforeseen challenges that were always met with patient explanations and creative solution options. Keith took time to exactly match our 40 year old tile and concrete. When the replacement of an electrical line unrelated to the pool work took a path right through the pool construction, Keith was so cooperative with the electricians. He cut and repaired the concrete in the path of the new line. We would be glad to work with him again.

We recently remodeled our entire pool (all new coping, tile, plaster) and deck with Aesthetic Pools and could not be more pleased with the entire process and outcome. After getting quotes from several pool companies, we decided to use Aesthetic Pools not because of price (all the quotes were very similar), but because we felt that Keith would be able to deliver what we wanted with minimal hassle and we were correct. From the first meeting, Keith came out to give us an estimate but also checked all aspects of our pool and pointed out some potential issues we might have during remodel that we should fix before the work started. He also helped guide us in what materials and colors to use that would best fit our home. We did not get that from any of the other companies that came out to quote. Once work started, Keith was at the house every day to check on progress and ensure that we were happy with the outcome. The contractors Aesthetic Pools uses were fantastic - very efficient, tidy and polite. Their workmanship was top notch and they were happy to answer any questions we had regarding the process. We had a hard time deciding on the color of the deck, and the decking contractors were great in helping us make the decision and providing color swatches. The entire process took about two weeks to complete and not once did we feel that work was lagging or that we were not a priority.
